The WA State Farmland Preservation Program matching grant, a subprogram of the Washington Wildlife and Recreation Program (WWRP), Provides a Unique Opportunity to Save Farmland
 
In 2010 Friends of the Fields is applying again for WWRP funding to protect Finn Hall Farm in Agnew. The Recreation and Conservation Office (RCO) requires matching funds. Please support local family farming and sustainable agriculture with a contribution to Friends of the Fields to meet the grant match.

Our portion of the funds needed to buy the development rights is $636,000. Your contribution will go a long way toward protecting 60 acres of USDA-designated "prime" local farmland, the beautiful and historic Finn Hall Farm.
